Look at the birds of the air...

Here is another 4x6 inch postcard with a layer of one-inch squares collaged together to make the background. Once again, each square was cut from a piece of junk mail. I then put a (sparrow shaped) layer of gesso  on top of the card and drew a sparrow with a Pitt Micron pen. The last step was to watercolor the image.
