The top image is another sketch from Sketchbook #48, page 20 and is a pen and ink with watercolor study of a house I drive by on my way to work. The lower image is the same house in a little oil on gessoed paper sketch of the same house. It is an interesting comparison for me as I look at both of them together so closely for the first time.
